Instant remote support

Support sessions with a simple code

Create a session, read out the code, and your customer joins from your own support page. They do not need an account.

11 features

New Support
Start a one-time support session from the console in one step.
Session code
Read out a short code for your customer to enter. Choose 6 or 7 digits or a letters-and-digits format, or change a code by hand.
Portal appearance
Customers join from a page with your title, welcome text, theme and accent color.
Invite link
Send a join link, or email the invitation in your customer's language.
Public sessions
List a session on your support page so a visitor can join without a code.
Support client
Your customer downloads and runs the support app. When they close it, access ends immediately.
Session phases
Follow each session step by step: when it was created, when you joined, when the code was entered and when the customer connected.
Session names
Name sessions by hand or with an automatic template, so you can find them again later.
Disconnect the guest
End a customer's connection at once. The support app removes itself from their computer.
Convert to Access
Turn a one-time support session into permanent access to that computer with one installer link.
Session lifetime
Idle sessions and unused codes expire on their own, and a session is never closed while someone is connected.

Security and privacy

Consent first, everything on record

15 features

Consent options
Remember consent for the same technician for a set time, accept after a countdown, or allow connections when nobody is signed in to the computer.

By default, the VizzDesk icon in the notification area shows that the screen is shared and offers End session.
Managed-computer icon
Optionally show the VizzDesk icon on every computer you manage, so the person using it knows.
Encrypted connections
Every connection is encrypted.
Signed software
Installers and updates carry a verified publisher signature, and updates are verified before they install.
Two-step verification
Every password sign-in needs a second step: a code from an authenticator app or one sent by email.
Sign-in lockout
Accounts lock after repeated wrong passwords or codes, for as long as you decide.
Panel session length
Console sign-ins expire after a fixed time, even while someone is working.
Active sessions
See where your account is signed in and sign out every other browser.
Revoke access
If you suspect a leak, cancel every technician connection or every console sign-in in one step. Live connections are cut immediately.
Wrong-computer check
If one support download answers from more than one computer, the console warns you and asks you to confirm the computer before you connect.
Inactive agents
Optionally stop unattended agents that have not been seen for a number of days.
Record file names
Choose whether file names go into the log, or only the number of files touched.
Trusted portal
Portal branding uses set choices instead of custom styling, so the page stays safe to trust.

What's coming next

These improvements are approved and designed but not in the product yet. They are listed without dates.

  • Ten languages in the Windows app Coming soon

The technician app and the windows your customers see will speak the same ten languages as the console.

  • Redesigned technician window Coming soon

A cleaner toolbar: Control, Session and Tools panels next to Chat, Files and AI assistant, followed by your quick actions.

  • Status chips Coming soon

Recording, black screen, paused input and locked remote input show as chips in the title strip.

  • Quieter notifications Coming soon

Nothing pops up over the remote screen on its own. Each action shows its result on the button you pressed.

  • Session progress Coming soon

While the remote screen is not available yet, you see the session's steps. A restart is followed from start to finish.

  • Activity Coming soon

Every event of the session in one list under Session info.

  • One conversation window Coming soon

Chat and the AI assistant as two tabs of one window.

  • Captures Coming soon

Screenshots and recordings together in one place under Tools.

  • Account menu Coming soon

Your name, email and workspace in the technician app, with settings, language, keyboard shortcuts and a link to the device or session in the console.

  • Customer-side windows Coming soon

Every VizzDesk window on the customer's computer gets the same clear design.

Allow or Don't allow, with Don't allow selected by default, a short pause before the buttons respond, your company name in the prompt, and the prompt closes when time runs out.

  • Black screen notice Coming soon

While the black screen is on, the customer sees a short explanation on their computer.

  • Restart notice Coming soon

An optional workspace setting, off by default. Before a restart the customer sees a notice and can restart at once, or the computer restarts when a short countdown ends (25 seconds by default). Technicians cannot skip it.

  • Clear install results Coming soon

If an installer cannot enroll a computer, it says so clearly instead of finishing quietly. An install made while offline stays in place.

  • Reinstalled computers Coming soon
